Manage Your U Card

The online U Card portal makes it easy to deactivate your U Card or upload a new picture.

Deactivate a lost or stolen card

If your U Card is lost or stolen, you can deactivate your card online. Note that deactivation is permanent — once a U Card is deactivated, it can never be reactivated.

Deactivated U Cards are subject a replacement fee, if applicable.
